Westbrooke Homes is a 312
single family community with common grounds on a 5.74 tract of
land. We are located in Trotwood, Ohio. The community boasts
diverse home styles with manicured lawns. Many common buildings
and properties make up and are govern by the Westbrooke
Homes Association. These facilities are available for the
recreational use of the homeowners.
All homeowners are encouraged
to be active in the association.
